Wide moustaches were often curled.Three-piece suits consisting of a sack coat with mat- ching waistcoast and trousers. Formal dress shirt collars were turned over or pressed into «wings».The usual necktie was a nar- row four-in-a-hand. Silk top hats remained a requirement for upper class.
